Foundation
RockSoft Bilişim ve Yazılım A.Ş. was founded. Operations began at Bilkent Cyberpark with the vision of developing AI-powered defense software.
BİLİR-GP — AI-Assisted Mission Planning
BİLİR-GP developed with TÜBİTAK 1501 support (Project No: 165545). Autonomous mission planning with PPO-based reinforcement learning, 3D physics-based Pd analysis, altitude evasion discovery, and 90% reduction in planning time.
BİLİR-RWR — Cognitive Electronic Warfare
TÜBİTAK 1501 supported (Project No: 3250734) cognitive electronic warfare project. Library-independent, AI-powered threat emitter identification, automatic signal classification, and ECM suggestion system. Real-time adaptive learning with MLP, LSTM, and IQST models.
OGM ORBİS 2.0 — Public Sector Project
General Directorate of Forestry Information System (ORBİS 2.0) requirements analysis project. As a Türksat subcontractor, we brought our defense experience to the public sector with 30,000+ pages of documentation.
ALKOR — Smart C-UAS System
TÜBİTAK 1501 supported ALKOR project launched. 7-module, ~12.2 kg miniature protection system. AI-powered detection and neutralization with ABAF smart sensor fusion and DART operational loop.
